Store Policy & FAQ

We didn't create this store to make money; we just want you to have great swag. If something doesn't fit, or you're disappointed, just contact us and we'll do our best to sort it out or refund you. 

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping is free, anywhere in the world. We ship everything from Australia, which now that we think about it, might be a really bad idea. So order now, while shipping is free!  

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, please contact us first, and then ship the item back to us at:

In the package, let us know what size you want the item exchanged for and what address to ship it back to.

Where is my package? Can you tell me where it is?

We use Australia Post to send all our packages. Standard shipping times are 7 – 10 working days to main cities around the world. Outside major cities please allow 14 working days for your parcel to arrive.

My package arrived and I had to pay to receive it! 

While postage is free, some countries may impose import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them. 

What are my consumer rights?

Our policy is: if you're ordering from us, you have the right to be happy. So contact us and we'll just do our best to help! :-)

(If you're in Australia the order will be covered by Australian consumer rights, please read a copy of these here. Your own country may bestow other rights to you. But they may not have any jurisdiction to enforce them (Australia is a long way away). So it's anyone's guess at this point.)
